Cous Cous and Tuna Salad

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 1)
5 slices Cucumber, common, unpeeled, raw
4 cherry Tomato, cherry, raw
1 can Tuna, flavoured, canned in water, drained
1 cup Couscous, boiled without added salt
Method
- Place the cous cous in the bowl, add some boiling water so it just covers the cous cous. Leave it set for about 5 minutes or so, then stir through your tuna. It's that easy
