Tuna dip

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4)
10 crackers Biscuit, savoury cracker, rice with sesame seeds
1 can Tuna, flavoured, canned in water, drained
10 tablespoon Cheese, cream, reduced fat (~25% fat)
Method
- Add a 100g tin of flavoured tuna, pick your favourite such as italian or curry and mix through the cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
- Serve with rice crackers, preferrably the Sakata wholegrain crackers for extra crunch, fibre and flavour.
- Take a 200g tub of philadelphia extra light cream cheese. This contains less than 5g of fat per 100g. Regular cream cheese contains around 30g.
