Ingredients (serves 4)
10 crackers Biscuit, savoury cracker, rice with seaweed
2 tablespoon Relish, corn
10 tablespoon Cheese, cream, reduced fat (~25% fat)
Method
- Simply mix the corn relish into the cream cheese. Remember to use the philadelphia extra light cream cheese.
