1 banana Banana, cavendish, peeled, raw
1 cup Milk, cow, fluid reduced fat (1-2%), not further specified
1 tub Yoghurt, natural, reduced fat (~2%)
Method
- Simply take the banana and yoghurt. Place in the blender with the milk and wizz
