Bacon and Egg Breakfast

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (serves 1)
2 egg Egg, chicken, whole, raw
1 rasher Bacon, breakfast rasher, raw
1 tomato Tomato, common, raw
4 mushroom Mushroom, common, raw
1 slice Bread, mixed grain, toasted
1 tablespoon Basil, green, fresh, raw
Method
- Fry the egg and bacon in a non-stick fry pan. Whilst the egg and bacon is cooking, take the tomat and cut in half, sprinke some basil, finely chopped and place in the oven. Add the mushrooms to a non-stick pan, spray a small amount of canola oil and cook for around 5 minutes, until soft. Serve with 1 slice grain toast.
