Brown Lentil Salad

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 1)
2 cup Lentil, dried, soaked, boiled, drained
1 tomato Tomato, common, raw
1 spring onion Onion, spring, raw
2 tablespoon Coriander, fresh, leaves & stem
1 cup Capsicum, red, raw
1 chilli Chilli (chili), red, raw
1 lime lime
1 tablespoon Sauce, fish, Asian, commercial
Method
- Place lentils, red onion, tomato, green onion, capsicum, chilli, lime juice and fish sauce in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with coriander. Serve.
